Directions to SMRR Count Sites

Both count sites are located 20 minutes south of Detroit, Michigan and can be reached via Interstate- 75.
Lake Erie Metropark:
From I-75, exit at Huron River Drive (exit 27). Continue east on Huron River Drive. Turn left on West Jefferson and proceed a few hundred yards to the entrance of Lake Erie Metropark. After paying the entrance fee, follow the signs to the Boat Launch.
Pointe Mouillee State Game Area:
From I-75, exit at Huron River Drive (exit 27). Continue east on Huron River Drive. Turn right on West Jefferson and proceed south to Campau Road. Turn left and follow the road to the Game Area Headquarters. Park near the boat launch.
